About Senior Transition Pros
Senior Transition Pros is a free, neutral guide and shortlist for Atlanta families handling a parent’s move, estate or care decisions. We launched in October 2026.
Why it exists
When a parent downsizes, moves to senior living or passes away, a family usually needs several kinds of help in a short window: an aging life care manager, a senior move manager, an estate sale company, a cleanout crew, and often a realtor. Today each one is found with a separate search, usually by an adult child under time pressure. We put the whole sequence in one place, check credentials and insurance, and show how each firm charges before you call.
Who runs it
I'm Zach Peterson, the founder, and I'm based in the north Atlanta suburbs. Senior Transition Pros is operated by Post Up, LLC.
I also hold a Georgia real estate license. Senior specialist realtors aren’t listed here yet. Before they are, we’ll publish exactly how any referral arrangement works and how conflicts of interest are handled.
How we work
- Free for families. Providers pay. See how we make money.
- Your details go only to the pros you approve, and we tell you exactly who received them.
- We never do the moving, selling or care work ourselves, and we never handle a family’s property or money.
- Credentials and insurance are checked before a Verified badge appears. See how we verify.
