The short version: we collect only what we need to help you, we share a family's details only with the pros that family approves, and we never sell anyone's information.
Who we are
Senior Transition Pros is a directory and referral service for Atlanta families, operated by Post Up, LLC. You can reach us at hello@seniortransitionpros.com.
What we collect
From families who request a shortlist: your name, email or phone number, city or suburb, your situation, your timeline, how you found us, and anything else you choose to tell us.
From providers who claim a profile: firm name, contact name, work email, phone number, the services you offer, the suburbs you serve, and the documents you send for verification.
We don’t ask for financial account numbers, medical records or government ID numbers, and you shouldn’t send them.
How we collect and store it
Our forms are processed by FormSubmit, a third-party form service, which delivers each submission to our email inbox.
How we use it
- To follow up with you and understand what you need.
- To match a family with providers, and to share the family’s details with the providers the family approves.
- To verify providers and keep their profiles accurate.
- To improve the site and our guides.
Who we share it with
- The providers you approve. We tell you exactly who received your request.
- Services that run the site: GitHub Pages hosts the site, FormSubmit processes forms, and our email provider stores messages. They handle data only to provide those services.
- When the law requires it.
We never sell your information, and we never share a family’s details with a provider the family hasn’t approved.
Cookies and tracking
We don’t use advertising trackers or analytics cookies on this site. Our hosting and form services may record standard technical data, such as IP addresses, to operate and secure their services.
How long we keep it
We keep a family’s request for up to 24 months after our last contact with that family, then delete it. We keep a provider’s information while the firm is listed and for up to 24 months after. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Email hello@seniortransitionpros.com and we’ll respond promptly.
Children
This site is for adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we’ll update the effective date above, and we’ll explain any significant change on this page.
